▦ Luvox

Terms and Conditions

Effective: 1 January 2026

1. About these terms

These terms are a contract between you and Luvox (Luvox, we, us) about your use of the Luvox website, workspace, QR code generator, redirect service and related tools (the service). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Cookie Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization, and that the organization is the customer.

2. What the service does

Luvox lets you create QR codes for websites, Wi-Fi, UPI payment requests, contact cards, PDFs, app downloads, event RSVPs, social links, feedback forms and other supported types; design and export them; manage folders and teams; create codes in bulk; and view scan reports.

There are two kinds of code. A static code stores its content inside the image; we do not host or track it, and it cannot be changed after printing. A managed (dynamic) code stores a short link on our redirect service; scanning it reaches our service, which sends the visitor to the destination you set. You can change a managed code's destination without changing the printed image.

3. Accounts, eligibility and workspaces

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Accounts are verified by email or phone code through our authentication provider. You are responsible for keeping access to your email, phone and any authenticator secure, and for everything done through your account.

A workspace (organization) has members with roles: owner, admin, editor and viewer. Owners and admins control billing, members and permissions. Give people only the role they need. We act on instructions from authorized members.

4. Plans, prices and payment

A free workspace is available with the limits shown on our pricing page. On the free plan, creating or editing some items after an initial grace period may require viewing a short sponsor sequence in the workspace; paid plans do not include sponsor sequences.

Paid plans, limits and regional prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your full card details. Some purchases are prepaid terms that end on their own date; others are recurring subscriptions that renew until cancelled. Checkout states which applies.

When a paid term ends, existing active managed QR links continue to resolve. The workspace returns to the free allowance and sponsor requirements, and if you exceed the free limit you must remove unused codes or renew before adding more. API write access requires a paid plan.

Cancellation and refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Your content and destinations

You own your content: code payloads, destinations, designs, uploads, feedback forms and the data you collect. You give us a limited licence to host, process, display and transmit it only to run the service for you.

You are responsible for every destination you point a code at, for keeping it lawful, accurate and available, and for any notices and consents required for data you collect from people who scan your codes. Where you collect personal data from your audience, you decide why and how it is used; we process it on your behalf.

6. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you must not use the service to mislead people about where a code leads, to collect payments or credentials by deception, or to distribute malware.

7. Third-party services

The service relies on third parties, for example hosting, authentication and message delivery, payments (Razorpay), optional IP location lookup, and optional integrations you connect, such as Google Sheets. Their terms apply to your use of them. Destinations you link to are not ours and we do not control them.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the redirect service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and no service-level commitment applies unless we agree one in writing. Scans can fail because of your visitor's network, device or the destination.

We may improve, change or retire features. If a change materially reduces a paid feature, we will give reasonable notice.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time and may export your data before closing your workspace. We may disable a code, restrict a feature or suspend an account if we reasonably believe it breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, creates a security risk, or is required by law. Where practical we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem. A disabled managed code shows an inactive page to visitors.

10. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the service, software, templates and artwork libraries. You may use exported QR codes and artwork you create for your own purposes. QR Code is a registered trademark of DENSO WAVE INCORPORATED.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that a printed code will scan on every device, in every condition or from every distance. You must test the final printed material before distribution.

A UPI QR image is a payment request, not proof of payment. Always confirm receipt in your bank or payment app.

12. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or revenue, lost data, or the cost of reprinting materials. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnity

You will compensate us for losses, claims and reasonable costs arising from your content or destinations, or your breach of these terms or the law, to the extent the law allows.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you in the workspace or by email. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the update.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have. Please contact our grievance officer first so we can try to resolve the issue.
