QR codes for restaurants

From the table to your menu

Link a hosted PDF menu or your mobile menu website. Add a separate guest Wi-Fi code in the welcome area so diners can connect without asking for a password.

Make it useful from the first scan.

Print one sample at its intended size, scan it under dining-room lighting and check that the menu is readable without zooming. Managed destinations let you update the link without replacing the artwork.

Prepare, test, then publish.

  1. Choose the destination and check its details.
  2. Generate your code and preserve its white border.
  3. Test the artwork at the intended size, on a real phone.

Keep an accessible alternative such as a short written website address alongside the code. A QR image should make information easier to reach.
