Cookie Policy

1. What we use

The marketing pages (home, features, solutions, pricing, guides and policies) do not set cookies. The sign-in and workspace use the following.

• refresh_token (cookie, HttpOnly, secure): keeps you signed in and is rotated for security. Strictly necessary.
• luvox_auth_flow (cookie): holds temporary state during sign-in. Strictly necessary.
• luvox-billing-locale (browser local storage): remembers the billing country and currency you chose. Preference.
• luvox-usage-consent (browser local storage): remembers whether you allowed anonymous usage measurement. Records your choice.
• luvox-copy (browser session storage): holds an interface copy variant for the current session. Cleared when you close the tab.

2. Optional measurement

Anonymous usage counters are sent only after you choose to allow them. They carry no code content, contacts, tokens or user identifiers.

3. Pages published by our customers

A workspace can attach approved advertising or analytics pixels to the pages of its own codes. Those third-party scripts load only after the visitor clicks to consent, and the publishing organization is responsible for that choice and its own notice.

4. Payment

When you pay, Razorpay's checkout script loads from Razorpay and may set its own cookies under its own policy.

5. Control

You can clear cookies and site data in your browser at any time. Blocking the strictly necessary items will stop sign-in from working.
