Before you print
Will my static QR code expire?
The image itself has no expiry timer. Its usefulness depends on the destination staying available and its encoded details staying correct.
Can I see who scanned a static code?
This free generator does not track scans. A website destination may collect its own analytics. Managed codes provide scan reporting; analytics are not a list of identified people.
Which format should I choose?
PNG is convenient for everyday documents. SVG stays sharp when resized for print. Preserve contrast and the blank border in either format.
