Acceptable Use Policy
Effective: 1 January 2026
1. Why this exists
A QR code is trusted at a glance, so misuse hurts real people. This policy applies to every code, destination, form and page you create or manage with Luvox.
2. You must not
- Send people to phishing pages, fake login or payment pages, malware, scams or counterfeit goods.
- Mislead people about where a code leads, or impersonate another person, business, bank or payment service.
- Create UPI or other payment codes for an account you do not control, or to collect money by deception.
- Publish content that is unlawful in India or in the place it is shown, including content that exploits children, incites violence or hatred, infringes intellectual property or invades privacy.
- Collect personal data without the notice and consent the law requires, or collect passwords, PINs or payment credentials through a form.
- Send unsolicited bulk messages or run deceptive redirect chains and cloaking.
- Probe, overload or bypass limits on the redirect service, public generator or API, or access another workspace.
- Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.
3. Reporting a code
If you see a code that breaks this policy, send the short link (it looks like /r/ followed by letters and numbers), a screenshot and what happened to grievance@luvox.in. Our grievance page explains how we respond.
4. What we may do
We may disable a code so that it shows an inactive page, remove content, restrict features, suspend an account, preserve evidence and report to authorities. We act without notice where there is a risk of serious harm.
